The rise and success of technology provided us with ease and comfort. Certain inventions served as answers to other people’s needs. For example, a stairlift was made to make life easier as it sought to counter physical issues that older folks experience as time passes by.
Lucky for Hank, the senior bulldog, because he was able to have one for his own.
Hank, whose age is estimated between 7 to 9 years old, is a Bulldog adopted by his parents last 2012.
Because he may be too old to go up and down the stairs already, his owner Brandon Raper made something exclusively for him.
Raper uploaded a video of his bulldog pet on Youtube. As he was moving up and down, Hank is seen having a calm facial expression while he was riding his stairlift.
The lad’s owner saw how difficult it was for the senior bulldog to go all the way up and even go down the stairs. It usually takes so much time before he could even reach the end of the stairstep. So, he decided to make a personal elevator that would help Hank climb the stairs.
Bulldogs are known for being an expensive dog breed. They don’t just need so much love and attention; they also need extra care since their health is sensitive. Hank was having the same struggle as he was suffering from a rare heart condition.
Heavy movements that requires so much energy makes him feel so tired and restless. In worst circumstances, this could also trigger attacks that might affect him and his heart issues.
The stairlift was custom-made for the dog as it includes a door that keeps Hank inside while it’s moving up or moving down. Once the canine reaches the floor, somebody must open the door for him.
Just by seeing the lift makes you think that his fur parents put so much effort into it. It isn’t a simple project that’s made for his out of fun, but loving and caring people constructed it, the reason why even its décor seems so special.
Bet Hank feels so grateful for having such loving and caring parents. He’s a good lad who deserves all the blessings!
