Meet the dog, pony, and horse, who look identical, despite not being members of the same species. All these three have white bodies dotted with black spots. However, their similarities do not stop there. They also share the same love for one another.
Greetje Arends-Hakvoort owns these three identical pets – an Appaloosa stallion named Nevada, a Shetland pony named Napoleon, and a Dalmatian named Jack. They all showcase stunning black spots but have differences in size. Despite that, they all love playing, running, training, and having fun together.
Greetje and her seven-year-old daughter, named Jolie Lune Arends, adore taking their three pets out. Jolie loves riding the Shetland pony, which amazes every passerby. Greetje said that Jolie and Napoleon were born around the same time, so they pretty much grew up together. Meanwhile, the best friends Nevada, ten, Napoleon, six, and Jack, two, love wowing people with their unique matching spots.
Greetje, who lives in Kootwijkerbroek, The Netherlands, said she has always wanted to own a Dalmatian. She also loves spotted horses. So, she was thrilled when two of her wishes came true in a very special way.
Seeing Nevada, Napoleon, and Jack together always makes people smile. They usually remind them of the 101 Dalmatians film, and it brings them nice childhood memories.
Jack has always considered himself as one of the horses. He has been with them since he was young, and he perfectly fits in. Greetje explained that for horses, nothing is more important than feeling comfortable and self-assured. Luckily, Jack does exactly that, so he has earned their trust.
There is so much love between Jack and the horses. Now, their family has even grown. According to Greetje, they have three additional spotted horses, and she is currently training them. Greetje said that training these animals is her passion.
