A charming Belgian Shepherd in Estonia named Sam started his training to be a police K9. He may look small and cute for now, but someday he will soon become a vital part of the Police Special Forces.
The internet fell in love and adored Sam, the tough police puppy in training. Though they have just started his training, he already proves that he is an excellent addition to the police.
Officers welcomed Sam into their family just over a week ago with his equally charming brother, Terror. Even if both will undergo the same training, they will go to different posts the moment they become certified police pups.
The program to train special force police dogs takes about a year and a half. This amount of time will allow Sam to master plenty of skills throughout his training. They will train him to have complex skills during the next year, but he must adapt to his handler and new environment first.
Kristi Pai, his dog handler, is in charge to prepare Sam for his important role in the force. Though both of them are just starting to get familiar with each other, they will become inseparable soon.
In the next year and a half of his immense training, Sam will undergo a training plan that will allow him to be the best police dog around. They will train Sam in advanced obedience, responding to inquiries, and how to track scents. They will also teach him how to search for criminals, how to alert them to nearby threats, and many other skills.
Since Sam became part of the Special Forces, the internet has shown their consistent support for this adorable working pup. One comment from one of his many adoring fans said that even though he is not Estonian, he thinks that the world became a bit safer because of Sam.
